Winning Art at Marton

Arts and crafts created by Marton Primary Academy pupils are currently on display at Blackpool University, as part of the Young Seasiders exhibition and competition.

The craft submission from Marton was a fantastic plasticine circus entitled ‘Marton’s Majestic Circus of Curiosities’ and a selection of individual art entries from all year groups were all mounted onto a giant piece of card. Four of these were announced as winners in their categories so students will be going along to Blackpool University in early March to receive their certificates and medals as well as have their photographs taken for the local newspaper.

All the creations will be on display at Blackpool University Gallery for the next three weeks, as part of a public exhibition.
